The Fittest Apps

Fall is here and it’s usually the season when many of us pack on those extra and unwanted lbs. We tend to get a little lazy and driving to the gym when it’s cold and rainy isn’t something we want to do. To prevent this from occurring and help us stay fit, there are a few fitness apps that I stand by and use on a daily basis to keep me on track.
